Problem, the fuel pum stops.

I want to ask you about a problem I have with my Alpine GTA turbo.
I have a problem when I drive slowly through towns, after some Kms the engine stopped.
And it runs again after 45 minutes aprox.
The problem its that the electric fuel pump doesn´t runs, I think it’s a problem with the temperature sensor in the engine bay.
That sensor stopped the fuel injection when the temperature increase, to avoid fire.
A year ago I mount new the two fuel pumps, and relés, we checked the electrical wiring of the fuel pumps.
And during the summer I made 3400 km from my town to Le Mans and back, without no problem
The rest of the summer driving on my town with no problem.
Now on the winter I had this problem two times, and I don´t know what to do.
Anyone knows if its possible to eliminate the sensor? Is there sensors that works at higher temperature?
Did you ever heard about this problem.
